Shipping Rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout, for most accurate results please check there. If you do not see your country on the delivery list, contact our customer service team for assistance. 

We always endeavour to dispatch items within 24 hours of the order being placed. On working days, we aim to dispatch items that are ordered before 12pm on the same day, otherwise they will be processed on the following working day. Please note that we do not consider weekends and public holidays as a working day.

In times of high order volume, such as in the winter season, packing and dispatch may take longer.

  • Colissimo (standard) - Tracked and Signed (3-4 working days) - €6.95 Free on orders over €150

  • Fedex (standard/eco) - Tracked and Signed (2-5 working days) - €6.95 - Free on orders over €150

  • Fedex (priority) - Tracked and Signed (1-2 working days) - €8.95

 

SWITZERLAND

  • Fedex (standard/eco) - Tracked and Signed (2-5 working days) - CHF 9.99 - Free on orders over CHF 200

  • Fedex (priority) - Tracked and Signed (1-2 working days) - CHF 14.99

UNITED KINGDOM, AUSTRALIA, NEW ZEALAND, USA & CANADA - all orders must be placed on https://www.planksclothing.com/. See shipping info here.

     

     IMPORTANT - We do not ship to PO Boxes.

    Can I amend the delivery address after I placed an order? 

    If you need to amend your order post purchase, please email us via customerservices@planksclothing.com within 12 hours of order confirmation. 

    Any requests made after that 12-hour period are not guaranteed to be actioned in time. 

     

    How long will it take my order to arrive? 

    We will always endeavour to dispatch items within 24 hours of placing the order. However, in times of high order volume, packing and dispatch will take longer. Shipping rates will be shown during the checkout process. Please note that we do not consider weekends and public holidays as a working day. Any orders made after 12.00pm (GMT) on a Friday will be shipped on the following Monday. If the order is made after 12.00pm the day before a bank holiday, it will be shipped the next working day.

     

    How do I track my order?

    Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your parcel's tracking number and a link to track your order. UK customers can find tracking information by logging into their account.

    If you do not receive any tracking information, please get in touch and a member of the Planks team can help locate it for you. 

    Planks Clothing cannot be held responsible for courier delays.


    Do I have to pay customs, duties or tariffs?

    No, there are no extra costs to deliver your order, other than what you pay at checkout. You will be charged the defined shipping costs and we will cover any additional customs or import duties on your order.
